Peppers & Pans is a well established holistic Boarding Establishment Catering company that was established in 1998 by Wayne Usher.

His vision was to establish a catering company that abided by the promise that they made and paid significant attention to detail, including everything from the smallest toothpick to the chocolate fountain centre piece. This is the driving force behind Peppers & Pans, in the past, now and for the future.

Peppers & Pans’ passion is food and one of our mission statements is based on the philosophy that great food and great service results in repeated return business from our many clients.
